Adam Delbridge-Smith

Adam Delbridge-Smith is a British conductor, brass specialist, and educator based in South Florida. A graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, England, he has built a reputation for developing ensembles of all levels with clarity, energy, and musical integrity. In the UK, Adam served as Musical Director of Poynton Brass Band, leading the ensemble through a period of significant growth and achieving a podium finish at the North West Brass Band Association Rochdale Contest. His work has included innovative concert programming and collaborations designed to engage both performers and audiences. Following his move to the United States, Adam has quickly established himself within the South Florida music community, where he has been supported and guided by Gary Green as he built his footing in a new musical landscape. He will begin graduate studies in conducting at the University of Miami - Frost School of Music in Fall 2026, where he will study under Dr. Michael Hancock.
